• Keep your account password strong — use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for the security of your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.
• Account names cannot be changed. Changing your date of birth requires proof of identity.
• Inactive accounts (no activity for 12 months) may be temporarily deactivated.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT).
• Maximum single deposit limit: ৳50,000 (fifty thousand BDT).

• Deposits made from someone else's number are not accepted and may be returned.

• Single Bonus Policy: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — unless stated otherwise on the promotions page.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse or circumvent bonus terms may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• Referral Bonus: The referred friend must be a genuinely new user. Registrations from the same device or IP address will not qualify for the bonus.

• If a match or event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Any bet placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.

• Arbitrage betting — placing bets across different markets in the same match to guarantee risk-free profit — is strictly prohibited.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.

HeyBets believes betting is a form of entertainment — not an addiction. We have a range of responsible gaming measures in place to promote safe play on our platform.

• Betting Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limit.
• Self-Exclusion: If you choose, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 30 days and 5 years.
• Reality Check: You will receive periodic notifications to let you know how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-Off Period: You can take a 24-hour gaming break at any time.
